I am using powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury. . 4oz to be drank over 30 min time. Then Water or other fluids in between. Is anyone else on something similar? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Edited November 13, 2016 by thikkay

I tried all the Protein Shakes and Premier works best for me. It is creamy, not chalky. The ones you mix with Water are horrible to me. I prefer the vanilla and sometimes chocolate Premier, the other flavors taste very artificial to me, yuck. My surgeon fussed at me on my one week ppst-op about protein, if you don't get it in you will not heal, and your hair loss will be worse. As a last resort some people buy GENEPRO and mix it with Water and something like Crystal Light or Mio drops. There is controversy about it though, my doctor does not recommend it. thikkay 69 Posted November 13, 2016 I'm mixing the powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury Protein with unsweetened almond milk and it's seems to agree pretty good. bossportsgal 136 Posted December 7, 2016 I haven't had surgery yet but I been drinking Protein shakes for a while. I like canned pure Protein for on the go but what is the best is unjury unflavored. You can mix it with anything. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
