I got my consultation on November 29th! My BMI is 45. Anyone have experience with WLS and Aetna?

I have Aetna and did the four month required doctor supervised weight management. Had my final visit on Tuesday, doctor submitted paperwork, and Aetna called and indicated my approval on Friday. I have 40 bmi and high blood pressure.
