cassandramarie93 199 Posted November 11, 2016 No im still on Clear liquids at this point aside from my Protein shakes. I feel like Jello and popsicles don't count as sustenance! cassandramarie93 199 Posted November 11, 2016 @@Marisa*sleeve I was truly miserable for the first while doing the liquid diet. I think it sends your body into shock just changing your diet so abruptly. I was getting horrible Migraines and I was beyond moody. It gets better. I think your body just needs to adjust. I feel like staying hydrated is probably the best thing you can do. Also the clear liquid "lift" Protein drinks got me through (also much cheaper then isopure) Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
lolynn 2 Posted November 11, 2016 Hi! I'm a November 7th sleever also! Actually this is my first post. I agree that the first day was by far the hardest. I was not expecting that gas pain to be that bad. I get to start puréed food on the 14th which I am looking forward to because I can only drink so much Isopure and yogurt. Best of luck!
