trainer-1 22 Posted November 9, 2016 I just had conversion from lapband to gastric sleeve on 10/17. Had my band for 10 years. Surgery went smoothly, took only 2hr and 15 min. No pain meds after going home. I did develop pneumonia and had to be on two antibiotics. Have lost 25 pounds so far (including pre-op diet).
