Berrybaby 13 Posted November 9, 2016 I'm 2 weeks post-op, and for the last two days have felt like I'm wading through mud. I've been back at work a week, am walking 25-40 mins each morning... but have slowed right down now. Could it be some dietary factor? Not having enough Protein, or...? Ideas?? 2ndSpring 350 Posted November 10, 2016 5 weeks out and I'm just starting to feel closer to normal. For the first 4 weeks I felt like my arms and legs weighed a ton and I couldn't lift them. I guess it is a combination of many things: we had major surgery that takes a while to fully recover from plus were are eating so little.
Dunerider 0 Posted November 16, 2016 I was getting super wiped out at the end of my walks. The nutritionist said it was simply the lack of calories I was consuming. I feel great improvements every few days. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
