abs6angels 36 Posted November 8, 2016 Does anyone have advice for dealing with the intensely insatiable hunger that comes with pms? I have pcos so I struggle all the time as it is, now that I'm on a new birth control pill, my hormones are a bit messed up. I feel full, yet my mind CANNOT stop thinking and eating- like a force I can't control. It only happens a few days, but I feel guilty when I give in! Ugh!
