gwyenevere 2 Posted November 7, 2016 (edited) Tomorrow I get approved to go ahead and start mushy foods. I'm curious what everyone ate for this section. I'm really looking forward to mashed potatoes, but I'm looking for more food options. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance. suzzzzz 1,005 Posted November 7, 2016 My soft food plan included ground beef, deli turkey, shredded chicken, avocado, soft cooked veggies, eggs, and more but I can't remember. :-)
kmorri 1,689 Posted November 7, 2016 I didn't have a "mushy" stage....I went from full liquid to pureed, then to solids as tolerated.....but scrabbled eggs, greek yogurt, and like one of the other posters mentioned I stayed away from starchy things like mashed potatoes. good luck to you! Oh refried Beans might work for you too.
