IveGotThePower 395 Posted November 7, 2016 I'm almost 7 months out and 70 lbs down. People are starting to notice. Not that it matters to me. But it has been a positive experience. At what point did people notice your weight loss?
JohnGraySmiley 88 Posted November 7, 2016 I'm almost 6 months out and almost 60 lbs down... I think ppl that don't see me often notice immediately. Those that see me daily/weekly started asking at about 30/40 lbs down? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
The New Kel 1,312 Posted November 7, 2016 Good question! I'm only 5 weeks out. My husband said he sees (and feels ) the difference already. I've lost 35 lbs since beginning prep op diet and 15 since surgery.

eliminnowp 113 Posted November 7, 2016 50 lbs. Someone at work just recently stopped me and asked if I had lost weight. It was weird, especially since I don't really "see it yet." I think the bigger you are the more it takes to see a difference. My husband and friends that know about my surgery say they see a change, but I think they are mainly just trying to be encouraging. I have only barely gone down one clothing size.
