kmorri 1,689 Posted November 6, 2016 So why did you eat it in two sessions?.....do you mean two different meals? I don't really know how many ounces are in a small wendy's chili but half, I'm guessing is not too big, so for two different meals I'd say the amount is okay......just remember that grazing (eating between meals) can get you in trouble pretty fast. kmorri 1,689 Posted November 6, 2016 I think about a half cup then is normal for one meal. I don't eat Wendy's chili but I'm able to eat about a half cup of other things.

sc101071 398 Posted November 6, 2016 At 75 days out we are told 3/4 - 1 cup. I don't think I could eat a cup. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
quirkhorse 30 Posted November 6, 2016 That doesn't seem like a lot to me, especially for 5 months out. I'm at 7 weeks and ate almost as much. I didn't feel the restriction or pressure and was satisfied. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
rolosmom7 740 Posted November 6, 2016 I ate one the other day, I'm 7 weeks out. Finished about 75%. I don't think it's too much food, given it's a semi solid consistency.

Aggiemae 739 Posted November 7, 2016 Actually of all the choices at Wendy's the chili it the best. Chili is on my allowed list even on puree. Even canned.
