Ruby81 19 Posted November 5, 2016 I had my 12 week check up on Monday I have lost 57 pounds which is about 4 Stone in 12 weeks I'm gobsmacked at this it's not been easy though I've been excersing a lot to, I'm keeping on track by eating right ????.
