I had to workout my a$$ off. Its a part of me now. I've met some great people that have the same dedication to running and weight lifting. It challenges me. Its my best stress relief. It's my high. TheCurvyJones 721 Posted November 8, 2016 I feel like a patient every single day. I strive to never NOT feel like a patient. I've seen a lot of people move away from the community once they started to feel "normal" and eat normal... we aren't normal. You can't eat like Sister Skinny over there... it doesn't work like that for us. So, I make it a point to feel normal, to be thankful daily for this tool that keeps me on the straight and narrow. I have a LOT of restriction at 4 years out so if I even attempt to forget.......I get a good reminder about 4 bites in.
bellabloom 2,467 Posted March 31, 2017 I no longer identify as a weight loss patient. I rarely think about food or my weight. I focus more on fitness, activity, body composition, enjoying my life and my family, and I no longer diet at all. I eat when I am hungry and stop when I am full and make sure I get enough food to not be hungry. I follow my cravings and don't fear food any more. I do have to eat slowly and chew but that's habitual to me now. 2 woo woo and summerset reacted to this
