So I can't get this signature thingy right! Any advice? The pic is my inspiration......

I don't have to start VLCD until 1st December, but I'm planning on starting tomorrow (even a little off before flying out will help), and hopefully will get used to taste.....

@@sanaa.a I doubt you will up to "talking" today, but I hope everything went well, and your recuperation is swift I fly out Thursday, so may not connect with you again for a few days.

But I will be VERY interested in how you cope with the 2 weeks of mush food...... I have a problem with "texture" foods, don't eat Soups, don't eat mushy foods, so I am a bit worried for those 2 weeks - but I could be that hungry by then I will eat mush happily

Hi @@Blondie750 everything went well, I'm 2 days post op and I'm feeling good, still have some pain when trying to keep fluids down, nausea is ok. Things a looking good so far, might even be discharged this afternoon

Hey everyone!

Just a quick update..I'm nearly 4 weeks post op, about to start soft food stage. Haven't had any issues, thankfully, I must admit I am finding the 1/2 hr before and after foods

no liquids thing hard..but I'm getting used to it slowly!!
