Shopping for my post op clear liquid diet.

I was told that I need to have a clear, low carb Protein Drink. I was going to get the Atkins Lift Protein drink but can't find it, or anything else similar. What clear Protein Drinks did you have?

I would recommend going to GNC or something like that. They have several Protein waters in a lot of flavors.

I would recommend premier Protein. You can get them at Sam's. They are 30g of Protein and only 1g of sugar. I would think your doctor would find this acceptable.

I drank an Isopure Protein drink daily. It's 40g of Protein and no carbs. Best of luck!
