So went to the doctor and gained weight due to depo and being off my lasix for 2 months. He wants me 3 pounds under my start weight before surgery scheduling which leaves me 10 days to lose 8 pounds. Started my low carb high fat and Protein diet today and back on my lasix.......anyone have any other suggestions for losing quickly to move on to surgery?????

Do a liquid diet drink a warm cup of lemon Water every morning and eat cucumber and cabbage with lemon and some tapatio just stick to liquids and u will drop those 8 lbs quick

Tapatio is a bottled salsa that's hella good no calories and u can use on veggies pre op and I even used Tajin is like a powdered salty Chile that's good with fruits and veggies u so need to try
