This stuff is great. They have "extra strength" versions of it so if your worried about Protein, Muscle Milk will get you to where you want to be. I am 4 days post up and I got in 100 grams of protein yesterday. I drank two different Muscle Milks (one was the extra protein version), and I had 3/4 of a can of cream of chicken Soup with 1tbsp of GENEPRO non flavored Protein Powder. The rest of my day was Water and Vitamins. So far, so good!

My favorite part of Muscle Milk is that it is available a lot of places. I can just grab one at Walgreens or 711 anytime!

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.

        Neat you have a pic of this day! I was sooo happy to get my surgery. It was well worth it! And I'm not even near my goal. I had surgery Dec. 2!
