futureskinnybtch 6 Posted October 31, 2016 Hi everyone, I've had the band for a month tomorrow. I've lost 15 pounds so far, yay!! Although I can still eat too much and don't have much restriction. Tomorrow I'm going for my first fill and wasn't sure what the process was, especially concerning food. Appointment is at 1pm, can I eat Breakfast or should I not sure eat at all that day. liquids only?? Hope everyone is doing well! WLSResources/ClothingExch 3,444 Posted November 1, 2016 (edited) I say that you can have a light brekkfast, but I'm not a bariatric pro, certainly not yours. Give the office a call to be sure of their routine. After your adjustment and before you leave the office, you'll be told what to do for the rest of the day and probably the next. Don't be shy about asking all the questions that may occur to you. Have fun. -------------------- Oh, you go in tomorrow. My practice tells me that there's no problem eating before an adjustment. It's my choice to go light on it. That's all I can say on the subject. Edited November 1, 2016 by WLSResources/ClothingExch

More so in the beginning when they were adding a lot of cc vs 0.1. Congratulations on your weight loss.
