When you're sick to your stomach should you push yourself to eat?

My stomach started getting upset last night and it's still going on today. I don't know if I ate something that didn't agree with me or what but I've also been having diarrhea. Normally when my stomach is sick I back off eating. How do you handle it when you're sick with a stomach bug or something non sleeve related?

Sorry I haven't experienced that yet. Maybe contact your surgeons office and ask them. Hope you feel better

I drink Gatorade and avoid food. Don't push yourself to eat if you don't feel good. Your body needs to rest.
