Dry mouth

I'm 2 weeks out and have developed a very dry mouth that causes my breath to smell. Even though I'm drinking lots of Water. Anyone else have this issue and any recommendations to help?

It could be ketosis or some meds can cause this as well. What is lots of Water - at least 64ozs?

Yes 64oz and I'm not on meds other then multi Vitamin and B12

my mouth was so dry i would wake up in the middle of the night feeling like my mouth was a desert! it will pass i'm now 6 weeks out and this feeling is gone but i remember it and i thought something was seriously wrong.

Yeah thats how mine feel...and taste awful...I hope it does!

It does go away- I hated it! But it def helped with Water consumption- during that time I drank like 100 oz of Water ! Ha !

In the mean time, I suggest biotene it helps prevent tooth decay from dry mouth and helps bad breath, tastes from dry mouth caused by meds and stuff.... it comes in mouth wash, spray, toothpaste etc

also keep a glass of Water beside your bed when you wake up take a sip, i did that all throughout the night
