You look like about same body shape and size as me now in your before surgery pic. I started the process early October. My goal is to lose 150 lbs. BMI 48. perspectiveiseverything 105 Posted October 29, 2016 Awesome! You look GREAT! We started very close to the same stats and had surgery on almost the same day (mine was 10/5). My starting weight was 253, my surgery weight was 228, and I am now at 209 (19 lbs, but I am still very happy for a little over 3 weeks!).
