One advise that I will give you is to not go crazy buying new clothes. Because sometimes is a waste of money. I used to buy a outfit and only used it once. And my husband use to get so mad. Lol. Sent from my Z959 using the BariatricPal App So far good!!You could tried to take natural herbal tea's to help you sleep ( some of them say relaxing tea). I used to have the same problem before.
