cbonet 336 Posted October 25, 2016 When concerned always call your doctor. Or might be from all the anesthesia and medicine. Drink as much Water as you can. Congratulations on your new journey. Sent from my VS986 using the BariatricPal App
elisa5150 212 Posted October 25, 2016 I'm 7 days post op and am not yet getting all my fluids in. As a result I am only urinating twice a day. Sometimes it's orange, sometimes almost clear. My dr said I'm fine. Lots of body adjustment. When in doubt call dr Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

PorkChopExpress 821 Posted October 25, 2016 It'll be like that for a bit. For the first three days mine was orange and contained an almost sediment-like grit, for lack of a better term. Irritated my urethra a little bit. But the more I drank, the more it cleared up.

KristenLe 5,979 Posted October 25, 2016 @@westonmark Dark urine can be a sign of dehydration. This can be very dangerous - so be sure to increase your fluids. If you have any other signs of dehydration - give your surgeon a call.
