This week is my last week. I am only drinking my Protein Shakes and of course staying hydrated. Last week started off rough,but ended great. I am so excited that my surgery is next Monday ! Happy Halloween

@@Latoya1214 You will be so much better off sticking with your liquid diet pre-op - it sucks - but it not only prepares your body for a safer surgery - it prepares your mind for post-op and dealing with head hunger or cravings. Stay strong!

Ooo I'm so nervous! for the past few months I've been going through waves of uncertainty in my decision, excitement, fear, then confidence in my decision... and so on. soooooo many feelings going on!

Mine..Wednesday at 730am...I'm the first one on the list for that day. I'm sooooooooooo nervous...I get anxiety attacks. Good luck to you ..let's keep in touch!

This only liquid diet is tough because you have no solid foods entering your body. I am staying strong and eating my sugar free Jello and ice pops. My chicken broth has really gotten me through every stage.
