Nervous after reading about insurance denials!

So after going through some of these post I'm super nervous and confused as to how after meeting initial requirements and getting the clearances can your insurance still deny you.??? Just makes me nervous for when I have to submit paper work. I would hate to go through 6 months of this for nothing.

They denied me at first saying I didn't have enough proof of being overweight for more than 3 years. My surgeon's office filed am appeal and I was approved 3 weeks later. Just please don't let it discourage u if u don't get an approval at first. I did and I gained 10 lbs back only to be approved the second time. If I regret anything, it's letting that disapproval get to me. Good luck and no worries.

Wow congrats I'm very excited for this journey for sure...its just the thought that after I'm running around like a chicken with its head cut off to get things done lol...but there's still no guarantee my insurance won't give me issues..but I'm prayerful
