Dessert Substitute?

I know I enjoy my typical sweets of Cookies, cake, ice and things in between. Are there any foods out there that act as a substitute that we can actually eat?

Depending on where you are in your program there are lots of options. Off the top of my head: Protein pudding, Protein Shakes, Protein Bars, fresh fruit/berries, protein hot chocolate, Greek yogurt, etc.

I have fallen in love with 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with 1 T Smucker's sugar free strawberry Preserves mixed in. 120 calories, 6 carbs, 13 grams of Protein. It is FABULOUS!!
