I need all of you fabulous people to help me out; * what are you schedules when it comes to Protein shakes? *what do you use? Mix with? * good flavors? Bad? Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted October 23, 2016 I liked: Premier Protein GNC Lean 25 (orange cream is my favorite) ProtiDiet liquid beverage concentrates ProtiDiet creamy chicken and Tomato basil Soups WonderSlim dark chocolate pudding Syntrax nectar It didn't have a schedule as I pretty much sipped something all the time early out in order to get in my 100 grams of Protein and fluids. busybeebug 415 Posted October 23, 2016 Each day or so add a little more to your diet. Mix a little unflavored into your broth or apple sauce or drinks. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App Yes, at the grocery. I'm still trying to find Protein I can tolerate. Greek yogurt is definitely a good source. I also use chicken Soup powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury. Everything else tastes like a sickly sweet vomit.
