KristenLe 5,979 Posted October 23, 2016 I know I am not getting enough Water, can feel it. I will drink but get afraid that I can't tell the difference between full pains or gas pains Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App Take small sips - the fluids will go right thru sleeve so it shouldn't fill your stomach. Good luck!

rebecca wills 190 Posted October 24, 2016 Lay on your back and do slight pelvic tilts will help and then rest on your left. It will move the gas along. Walking is very helpful. Take your pain meds, don't try to tough it out!!!! Good sleep will help the healing! Every day is better than the day before. In a week you'll wonder what the fuss was all about. Anticlimactic and almost surreal. Flew by so fast! I'm 6 months out this week coming up and It's been amazing!
