NJ Mom 30 Posted October 23, 2016 Hi Jenn I haven't been sleeved yet but from what I've read it gets much better after a couple of days, hope you are feeling much better tomorrow! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
acm22_ 58 Posted October 23, 2016 (edited) Congratulations!! Welcome home to the family! I promise you, it was tough my first day too. It will become better as time goes on....WALKING is a major key. Go a few steps the first time, the next go farther, then go half way down the hall, then you'll be taking laps around that hospital. I know the pain is ALOT, and it will get better!! The hardest part is over- you made it. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App Edited October 23, 2016 by acm22_

rubia72 200 Posted October 23, 2016 Make sure you drink Water [emoji97] and walk even if it's to the end of the driveway first, then try to make it a little further the following week and so on...
happycamper06 3 Posted October 23, 2016 I know I am not getting enough Water, can feel it. I will drink but get afraid that I can't tell the difference between full pains or gas pains Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G890A using the BariatricPal App
