Shanni1269 73 Posted October 21, 2016 Today I officially hit my 1/2 way to goal weight-loss. 53lbs down 53lbs to go....that will put me in the high end of the healthy BMI range. It isn't about the scale number and it isn't about a pant size (although those are bonuses on my journey to a healthy BMI). Just thought I would share my excitement.
