Djmohr 6,965 Posted October 20, 2016 At your stage my surgeon had me drinking milk only for a snack.< /p> food i was eating cottage cheese, yogurt, Protein Shakes, cream of wheat, I was also allowed pureed meats and eggs but they did not agree with me at that stage so i live on yogurt, cottage cheese and Protein shakes until i hit the soft food stage. insertfitness 0 Posted October 20, 2016 I'm at 6 weeks now, but at four weeks in addition to what's already been mentioned, I was able to scrambled eggs, I made a few different soups: black bean, lentil, cauliflower and cheese. I could tolerate a little bit of deli meat and cheese and hummus. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

mike4276 8 Posted October 22, 2016 I eat a couple of saltine crackers with a little bit of Peanut Butter on them. The Peanut Butter helps with my Protein intake. I'm 13 weeks post-op. sugar-free Jello pudding is a good snack. I seem to crave salt. My doctor suggested I eat a small amount of salted almonds as a snack. It might be too early for you to try the almonds. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
