smiley1968 17 Posted October 19, 2016 So I was feeling like I had a lump in my throat for a week ..still not sure why ..I decided to goggle with salt Water .I gagged and got sick ..my lump went away ..the whole time I felt it was my nerves now I'm thinking it might be my Protein Shakes and my clear Protein .. Butterflywarrior 241 Posted October 20, 2016 Are you making your own or just doing pre made? I'm not sleeved yet but already sick of my Protein shakes sue to sucralose issues. Nurse suggested unflavored whey isolate.. found one by Isopure at Amazon that can go in hot or cold so that might help bc it can be added to anything and I believe it has 23 grams of Protein.
