Yes. Cauliflower Rice can provide us excellent amount of glucosinolates, important minerals such as Calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and potassium.

I tried to make cauliflower pizza and it was horrible. The smell made me soooooo sick. I think I'm going to try Broccoli instead
