smiley1968 17 Posted October 18, 2016 feel like there is a lump in my throat. As if something is stuck . Trying to get rid of this feeling . Someone told me it's dry mouth and being nervous.. All I do is drink drink drink Tea with lemon and my Protein clear chicken Soup an occasional bottle Water . I feel my neck area get a little tence and then it happens . CedarMan 4 Posted October 18, 2016 That feeling of the lump in your throat is most likely it being a little swollen from having the tube inserted down it. TracyBar 132 Posted October 19, 2016 It could be acid reflux. Anxiety can cause it - try taking an antacid to see if you get some relief. Acid reflux isn't always a burning feeling. It's often a lump that won't go away, and sometimes you may experience a lot of coughing or attempting to clear your throat often. Hopefully the antacid will work!
