gustavio 439 Posted October 17, 2016 (edited) So i don't know if I'm where I'm suppose to be but I'm definitely pleased with my loss, energy level and the way my clothes fit. I feel like I'm losing too slowly but the scale continues to move down and that makes me optimistic for the future. I will be 2 months post op on October 25th. (Hoping to be down 40 lbs by then) anyway, I do like this app for tracking of weight loss. But it doesn't offer many options. Anyone have suggestions of apps that you use to track loss and perhaps activity? I'm thinking of getting an iwatch or Fitbit but am afraid I just won't use it much. gemigirl 134 Posted October 17, 2016 You're doing great! I have a hard time keeping my Fitbit on - it all depends if you use it and what you want to track. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

bpowell16 31 Posted October 17, 2016 @@gustavio Awesome job in your weight loss. May I ask how many calories are you consuming a day? My energy is horrible and I haven't lost weight in2wks. chycky 671 Posted October 17, 2016 I track religiously with my fitbit. I input my weight, food, and exercise (it tracks walking off course but I enter my gym time and set goals there). I think it helps keep me accountable. It does not track Protein or carbs, but this has not been important to me (1. I eat so few carbs, 2. my nut and plan don't require me to track anything but my supplemental Protein and weigh my food). I like being about to see my weight changes over time on the app, it helps me when I feel that I am going slow with weight loss to see the overall progress. I'm on my 5 wk post op Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App I honestly cannot take in more than 600-700. Some days maybe a bit more. I've heard I should be getting 700-800 but I have no appetite other than meal periods and can never finish my plate. I don't track like I should at all Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
