What has been your experience post op, with having increased energy?

I'm waiting for final approval from my insurance. One of the things I'm hoping I see a difference with post op is having more energy. What has been your experience? I'm hoping there is a big dif, once I lose 50 lbs or more.

I definitely have more energy, even after just three weeks. Feeling pretty good, definitely an improvement.

I am 5 months out. I have amazing amounys of energy compared to before. I was 12k steps a day now. I can walk for an hour and not be winded, out of breath or tired

The energy??? Just AMAZING!!! You will be pleasantly surprised I'm sure. Took about all of two weeks for it to kick into full gear post op... And I haven't stopped since- now 6.75 months out (and down 125 lbs from HW)
