Bariatric Fus in Soft chews aren't too bad. You have to take alot a day so I do 2 of those at night, 2 alive women's gummy vitamins in am and 2 caltrate Gummy bites in am.

At my surgeon's office, they sell Celebrate Vitamin Patches. It's awesome! I couldn't stomach the regular Vitamin, but with these I have zero side effects. With these Patches, you just put a new one on every day. I cannot recommend them more.
