How do I get out of this stall. I'm 4months out almost 60lbs down but been stuck on the same weight for a month. I'm working out every other day for a hour 1/2 .I'm eating around 500-900 calories. Will I ever start losing again?

You mention calories (which seem really low) but not Protein. What is your Protein target? Mine is 100 grams and my surgeon's range is 80-100 grams. How are you doing at getting in all of your protein? Are you able to consume at least 80 grams?

Stalls are a normal, natural, and necessary part of the process of losing weight.

But, if you are eating so little you may not be getting enough nutrition to support your activity level and weight loss.

Getting in enough protein and Fluid (at least 64 oz) is critical for health and for weight loss.

Your calories are relative to your protein. What is your protein target?

It's hard cause I'm worried about calories

If you must "worry" then worry about Protein. If you are under your Protein target it is better to eat the extra protein calories.

I would up your calories. I did it and got out of the stall two days later and continue losing. Too little calories might be making your body store instead of burn.

Since you haven't lost in the last month, then you have lost 60 lbs in 3 mths. That is a lot of weight and you body is adjusting. Are you losing inches?

Eating your Protein and meeting Fluid goals are key. Proteins don't have many calories so up that, and drink lots and lots of Water.

I'm only 2 weeks and 1 day out and I've had my first stall. I'm a bit sad but trying to embrace it. I haven't 'd in days. I've upped my Water drinking up to 2Ls now. I will have to admit it took me ages to get to a point where I could eat 3 meals a day. Now I am and started puréed foods yesterday. I feel smaller the scales just don't say so.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
