cuteNATL 93 Posted October 16, 2016 I'm 2 weeks post op and having a VERY hard time getting this Protein in and I'm getting tired of the Premier Protein. I've been reading about GENEPRO as a good option. Anyone else use it? If so, what do you put it in?
Pescador 1,374 Posted October 16, 2016 Yes! I just started it, and I love that it is a small amount compared to other Protein powders. I have added it to several things, even V8, with no taste affected.
wyndy1 8 Posted October 16, 2016 I'm 23 days out and I use it. When I was in the hospital after surgery they had 2 different sleeve people visit me. They both suggested the GENEPRO. Both were over 1 year post surgery and still use it. One said she adds it to oatmeal every morning. There are 30 g of Protein in 1 tablespoon and it doesn't have any taste so doesn't alter the taste of the food. I put one scoop in my Carnation Instant Breakfast shake everyday Sent from my SM-N920V using the BariatricPal App

busybeebug 415 Posted October 16, 2016 Love my GENEPRO unflavored. Mixes great. Keep temperature under 140 or it clumps horribly
