I am getting sleeved the 24th. Started my liquid diet today on my birthday and i cheated and ate small piece of birthday cake. Had to had a serious talk with myself. Realized how much of this is mental today.

Just remember from here on out if you choose to cheat, you are only cheating yourself out of the new life that you want and cheating may be dangerous to your health post-op.
