Jenjen2016 32 Posted October 16, 2016 What do you all think of the Chrystal lite teas and drink powders before and after surgery? They are unsweet products made with artificial sweetness. Thanks Jen Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Shaunie 123 Posted October 16, 2016 That's how I get my Water in!! Sent from my SGH-T999L using the BariatricPal App
ChristinasSleeveStory 44 Posted October 16, 2016 I pretty much don't drink Water without them - but not the tea kind. I use Walmart's Great Value brands such as "orange, strawberry, banana" and "cherry limeade" - they're my favs but they have Plenty of flavor to choose from. I buy the large packets, and mix 1/5-1/4 package per 24 oz. Water.< /p> Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Jenjen2016 32 Posted October 16, 2016 Thank you all! I have been using these as my replacement for sugary drinks to help get me prepared and I love the apple juice one! It's so amazing! Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Guest Posted October 16, 2016 If you don't like artificial sweeteners, try Natural Calm (comes in flavors) or TRUE lemon- they have peach or raspberry lemonade (go read ingredients, they use beet juice for coloring) Sent from my SM-G900H using the BariatricPal App
Guest Posted October 16, 2016 P.S. Natural Calm is not good if you have obstructed bowl, so may want to ask your Dr. It is vegan and non-gmo too Sent from my SM-G900H using the BariatricPal App

ambernoel 79 Posted October 16, 2016 The crystal light teas have caffeine in them and my dr said no caffeine so watch what you pick just because it's "sugar free" doesn't mean it doesn't contain other stuff you shouldn't have Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
Jenjen2016 32 Posted October 17, 2016 Thanks Amber, I don't see any caffeine in them. ???? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
