1st Fill Pain- Please help!

I had my 1st fill last Friday and have gone back to eating regular food. It actually hurts to swallow certain foods (especially anything bread related). Is this restriction or is it just a side effect from swelling? I want to make sure this is normal. Thanks!

I never felt anything after my first fill and just had my second....also nothing. I do know that bread is tricky though. I have just recently started eating a little (crusty) with some butter....and it fills you up so you can eat nothing else. Carlotta

Are you taking TINY bites? Are you chewing to a fine paste? And yes, bread can cause you to get stuck.

This was a HARD lesson for me to learn. It took me almost three months to finally give in and realize that I HAD to eat MUCH slower, take MUCH smaller bites, and chew MUCH longer. It's a tough transition...but it's worth it
