Protein powder

So I am on my liquid diet (pre-op), but does anyone know if you can use Body Fortress Protein Powder?

My NUT gave me a list of v what I could use but I believe the general rule is powders need to be whey isolates , I feel I'm missing a word as I don't have the paper in front of me. And Protein Shakes etc must be under 200 calories less than 5grams of sugar and carbs preferably with fits and minersls

I know that they have to have all the Vitamins and minerals too. And that is the problem that I am running into. I feel so limited

Well, she gave me a pretty big list of options but flavors are limired although someone in my support group told me there v are also good fruit flavored and as ur able to b eat more, there are bariatric surgery recipe books that tell u how to jazz up Protein drinks with fruit or yogurt ice milk etc,

Of course there is some sacrifice involved but it's worth it in the end all, I think at least! I've seen a whole book online dedicated just to shakes and drinks for bariatric surgery
