You need to stay strong! Think how good you'll feel when you don't give in to your head hunger! It can be dangerous for your health too - if that deters you any. Have more broth, sf popsicles or anything else allowed at this stage!

The mental is just as important as the physical changes. Don't let head hunger win. As @@KristenLe says it can be dangerous right now. Your stomach is still pretty raw and you don't want anything to get caught in the staple line or cause a leak. You can do this.

Do you have any hobbies that can keep your head n hands occupied? I love my adult coloring books.. Freeze your Protein drink till it's sorta mushy and use a spoon to "eat" it?
