nh-vsgirl 102 Posted October 14, 2016 They give you instant dry mouth so I think the lemonade is the least weird, almost even good, because you expect a tartness with lemonade lol. happy Llama sad Llama... big fat mama Llama. lizardqueen 56 Posted October 14, 2016 I like the grape and a pineapple mix one. I don't recommend the green apple. The orange isn't bad either. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
higher 966 Posted October 14, 2016 I found the green tea to be the most tolerable.
DeletedMember 715 Posted October 14, 2016 I found grape and orange to be the best. Green Tea wasn't too bad either. And I agree - keep them very cold. They are really gross at room temperature. IMO, while they are not exactly good, I preferred them to the really sweet shakes post-op.
heidikat72 935 Posted October 14, 2016 i tolerated the orange and the green apple. but yeah - they must be very cold. I only had them the first couple days post op - and even then could only drink half of one a day. I would pour out about 4 ounces at a time so it didn't get to room temp before i could finish it. Plus that way I had to keep getting up and walking in order to refill my fluids in those first few days. You can also try pouring them into popsicle molds and freezing them.
