Kelleylu 34 Posted October 12, 2016 Is anyone hypersensitive to the smell of cleaning agents, laundry soap, and such after surgery? They are driving me crazy, burning my throat and making me nauseous. Sent from my SPH-L720T using the BariatricPal App
Icantbelieveit 955 Posted October 12, 2016 Yes, I couldnt use my freshly laundered blanket because I felt like I was huffing the bottle of downey from across the room. Had to use a brand new one. Sent from my SM-G930P using the BariatricPal App

Kelleylu 34 Posted October 13, 2016 Ok, you guys are making me feel better. I really feel like I'm losing it. Even the dishwasher tabs leave a smell in our glasses that makes me feel like I'm drinking dishwater. Asmundson69 17 Posted October 13, 2016 I was wondering the same thing. It's only been a month for me but food smells gross me out and other smells are so strong. Another thing I'm experiencing is that I'm cold all the time. Is that normal. Especially since I normally was always hot. Strange lol Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-N920A using the BariatricPal App

Sent from my SPH-L720T using the BariatricPal App I was doing a major house cleaning this weekend and wore a surgical mask so I didn't get sick before surgery. I couldn't stand my own breath coming back in my face.
