So, tomorrow morning I will be having my Gastric Sleeve surgery. I am feeling all sorts of emotions, which I think is normal. I almost started crying at the grocery store a few days ago because I couldn't have pretty much anything they had. I was ready to cancel my surgery and have a sandwich! I calmed myself down and got myself back on track. I am proud to say I did not have a sandwich, I have followed a liquid only diet FAITHFULLY for 10 days and have lost 13 pounds. I have a great support system, and am looking forward to being able to fit into clothes that are not plus sized! Oh, man...don't think I'll be able to sleep tonight!

Good luck! The first few days suck, but you'll bounce back quickly. I'm two weeks post-op today, and I get better every single day!

Hello everyone my sleeve date is November 28th and I'm scared as hell! Since I've been praying so long to be guided in the right direction and have decided to just give it to God and have stop worrying about it, does this mean I have no faith if I'm still worried after giving it to God? Got nervous because a coworker just had it done, she lost 16 pounds in 9 days!! She was dehydrated and she seems to be having a hard time getting Protein shake down so she's drinking Protein Water, I know that everyone is different but I'm watching her close lol
