Stevehud 1,790 Posted October 12, 2016 (edited) two words , Pork rinds. all Protein no sugar, no carbs, and be very careful of low-fat yogurt, yikes its all sugar. if you eat Peanut Butter i recommend only the stuff with just peanuts and oil in the ingredients, the stir it up yourself, stuff, or grind it yourself at a fresh market or whole foods type place. The 1.2 oz packs are just the right size, they come in different flavors. 120 calories 21 grms Protein, low carbs and nice and crispy! They are baked whey chips. Love them, love them, love them!!
