hi ... :)

let's see ... pointers for keeping your eye on your goal..

i am kind of an "in your face" type person so what i just did was i found the worst picture of (super huge fat) me and printed it. i carry it around and when i dont want to work out or dont want to push myself or want to eat off plan, i look at that God aweful picture ...

it truly is an aweful horrible picture of myself and seeing it makes me NOT want to go back there ever again.

also staying active helps my mood and my motivation a lot. i find if i miss working out more than a day a week, i get sluggish ... fall into bad habits again. why are they so difficult to change but so easy to revert back to???

losing is awesome, she motivates me to move! I check out her posts almost daily, and it just makes me want to go to the gym.

Only the truth losing, you've even inspired me to hire a personal trainer. Not something I had even thought of before surgery!

      Hi, I’m new here. I’m currently on the liver shrinking diet. So far so good, but I have to say I haven’t found a protein shake I like. Anyone have any suggestions please? My surgery date is September 17th.

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
