_{I am in the same boat. I started my liquid diet last week and only lost 2 lbs out of the 10 I have to lose by Monday. I have no clue how I am going to lose the weight required by Monday. Please update. I am crossing my fingers for you!!}

I weigh tomorrow and I am nervous and scared. I'm praying for 5 lbs down. I'm diabetic and have an insulin pump, I've had some really low numbers so I know my carbs have decreased but holy moly am I worried. Good luck to you and I will let ya know how it goes tomorrow ????

Reluctantly weighed in this morning at the dr office and I lost 12lbs! Surgery is a go on Tuesday Thank you for your words of encouragement. This isn't an easy road we have chosen. I'm thankful for this app and all you nice people!

SO HAPPY FOR YOU!!! I weighed this morning and lost 6lbs of the remaining 8 so when I weigh the morning of surgery I should be!!! We can DO THIS!!!!!! Congratulations!!!
