hmills653 365 Posted April 13, 2017 Has anyone heard of Vitamins by "Garden of Life"? Thank youSent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal AppI had tried a green juice Vitamin energy powder from them last summer. It wasn't too bad tasting and I really did feel better while using it. I just wanted to save money so stopped buying it.
hmills653 365 Posted April 13, 2017 Here is my understanding about vitamns. What my surgeons office informed me to do, buy a chewable one a day multi, and some type of calcium citrate, I already take a Vitamin d3 prescribed. What else? Is this wrong? Are there more I will need to take??I was also told a B12 dissolvable.
hmills653 365 Posted April 13, 2017 BariatricPal fusion chewable has everything in it you need. No need for extra Calcium, Biotin, b12....it has it all! Recommended by my surgeon and all my levels at 6 mos. are excellent. Take 2 in the morning and 2 in afternoon/evening and you are good to go. Comes in a bunch of different flavors too. For the Calcium I was told 500 mcg 3 times a day at least 2 hrs apart. It's this the same amount in the one you take and do you know if it would be absorbed differently by taking at different times? 1 Savagegirl reacted to this

jbaker5d 34 Posted May 2, 2017 My Dr recommended any Multivitamin that's chewable or dissolvable. I use Nature Made Vitamelts. Got them of Amazon for about 6.00. They taste good. They more in them than some I looked at. I also found a dissolvable Biotin at costco. It's good too.
