Inner Surfer Girl 12,015 Posted October 10, 2016 I like the Bariatric Advantage calcium chews. Other than that I get all my other Vitamins at CVS, drugstore.com, or other retailer.
Djmohr 6,965 Posted October 10, 2016 I buy everything generic at Walgreens with the exception of calcium citrate Chews. Those I buy the Bariatric Advantage and I will buy them either on this site or Amazon whichever is cheaper and has my favorite flavors. At Walgreens I literally buy the "buy one get one" for: Multivitamin plus D, D2, B12, B1. I am post op 2 years and because they have one for every day, I have on had to buy them once. ' It of course was approved by my surgical team and my blood work has been great with the exception of B1 which we added at 6 months post op. For some reason I was down on this nutrient and it is pretty critical.

bv33 1 Posted February 28, 2017 Here is my understanding about vitamns. What my surgeons office informed me to do, buy a chewable one a day multi, and some type of calcium citrate, I already take a Vitamin d3 prescribed. What else? Is this wrong? Are there more I will need to take?? 1 MissPriss81 reacted to this
inspyrdbyu 38 Posted March 2, 2017 BariatricPal fusion chewable has everything in it you need. No need for extra Calcium, Biotin, b12....it has it all! Recommended by my surgeon and all my levels at 6 mos. are excellent. Take 2 in the morning and 2 in afternoon/evening and you are good to go. Comes in a bunch of different flavors too. Sent from my SM-G900T using the BariatricPal App Most stores do not supply a selection of Vitamins specific for people who have had gastric surgery. Regular ones don't digest or absorb properly. Please be careful what you get. 1 BgR72 reacted to this
inspyrdbyu 38 Posted March 5, 2017 Bariatric Fusion chewables. Low carb/great taste and no need for additional supplements i.e. Calcium, Biotin etc. they're all in there. Recommended by my surgeon for rny and have always gotten back excellent results from my bloodwork. Also, very affordable. When checking and comparing, look at carb and sugar values. Most are very high and may not be what is best to get weight loss headed in the right direction, especially if sugar was you're issue to begin with. 1 Not a newbie reacted to this

Not a newbie 2 Posted March 5, 2017 Thanks for your reply. I have to admit I am 5 years post and I have been very negligent in this area. Usually due to the cost. And, now that I'm retired it's definitely an issue. 1 inspyrdbyu reacted to this
